Resilient Series (5/18)

The Oxford English Dictionary defines resilient as:

1. able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.

Often in life we are pushed and pulled, bent and stretched to the point where we find it difficult to recover and move forward in a healthy and hopeful way.

If you find that you are overwhelmed by the current challenges you are facing and slower to recover from the adversity that comes with being human, you are most definitely not alone.

In this next series we will be looking at Paul’s instructions to the church in Corinth and learning from someone who knows a thing or two about what it’s like to live under constant pressure and respond to it in ways that allows you to bend but not break.
