"The Other" Series

Jesus came to embrace and empower the poor, the sick, the lame, the outcast, and the lonely. Throughout his entire life and ministry, we see story after story of his connection to and community with those who were rejected and marginalized for one reason or another. None of their “otherness” ever seemed to make a difference to Jesus. He simply brought the good news of God’s kingdom to those who most needed to hear it.

Come join us for our fall series in the Gospel of Luke where we will be exploring the life and teachings of Jesus and learning firsthand what it means to show care and compassion for all those people in our world who are considered by many to be unimportant and unwelcomed. It just might change your life and so too the lives of all the “Others” who daily cross your path.
