Ministry Team-Building Workshop

At Grace, we believe that people serve most effectively when they are actively functioning in an authentic community with one another. Throughout the Bible it is clear that God has designed people to work together for greater effectiveness and fulfillment in service. So, our desire is that all ministries will be done within the context of a fully functioning team. This workshop is designed to help team leaders or potential leaders lead through the Team Ministry Process (TMP) in order to begin designing an effective team and a purposeful ministry.
